is_planar_bitmap - Tells if a bitmap is a planar screen bitmap. Allegro game programming library.

int is_planar_bitmap(BITMAP *bmp);
DESCRIPTION
Returns TRUE if bmp is a planar (mode-X or Xtended mode) screen bitmap.
